This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Transform creative ideas into reality for a diverse range of client and internal initiatives.
• Develop both print and digital assets, assist in crafting presentations, and enhance data visualization efforts—ensuring that every output is clear, captivating, and aligned with client objectives.
• Keep projects on track by overseeing timelines, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and facilitating business development through well-prepared proposals and presentation materials.
• Work closely with team members to refine concepts and consistently improve the quality of our deliverables.
• A minimum of one (1) year of experience in creating print graphic design outputs within a professional environment.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Comprehensive knowledge of layout, typography, color theory, and pre-press production processes.
• Experience in producing print-ready materials and presentation graphics.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality results.
• Background in data visualization or creating charts and graphics from data, as well as familiarity with nonprofit, fundraising, or marketing agency contexts, is advantageous.
