This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create static graphics, animated GIFs, and short video edits for various channels including email, SMS, website, social media, and paid advertising.
• Modify and resize assets across different formats and specifications while ensuring visual consistency and upholding brand integrity.
• Work with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce campaign visuals that comply with briefs and best practices for each channel.
• Deliver production-ready assets on schedule, with organized files prepared for handoff to channel owners.
• Generate all visual materials for email and SMS campaigns, including newsletters, lifecycle messages, and promotional sales, collaborating closely with the retention team to animate templates.
• Design and maintain modular components for email templates that can be easily assembled for various campaign types.
• Develop on-brand graphics and motion assets for organic social media across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Create paid advertising creative in multiple formats, including static images, carousels, and videos, optimized for platform specifications and performance.
• Design graphics and layouts for homepage and landing pages to support both seasonal campaign launches and ongoing sales initiatives.
• Organize and arrange images cohesively, adjusting product imagery for uniformity across the website.
• Craft polished invitations for events, product launches, and brand moments, balancing creativity with adherence to brand standards.
• Prepare print-ready files, including considerations for bleeds, color profiles, and vendor specifications.
• Build and maintain presentation decks to support cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and executive leadership.
• Assist with various brand and design needs as they arise, such as crests, logos, iconography, one-pagers, and more.
• Aid merchandising efforts with illustrations, design work, and color modifications in the early stages of capsule ideation.
• Contribute to the upkeep and evolution of brand guidelines and asset libraries.
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design within a marketing, agency, or in-house brand setting.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficient in Canva or equivalent design software.
• A portfolio showcasing a variety of work in digital, motion, print, along with a keen eye for typography, color, and composition.
• Experience with video editing in Premiere Pro or similar platforms.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines, maintain organized files, and track revisions effectively.
