This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Responsible for creating production-ready custom uniform designs and marketing materials that align with the company's sales strategies and brand image.
• Uniform design proofs must be delivered accurately and punctually — initial concepts and revisions should be completed within agreed-upon timeframes with minimal need for rework, enabling account managers to showcase polished designs to clubs without additional follow-ups.
• Production-ready sublimation files should be correct on the first attempt — ensuring templates, bleeds, Pantone references, sizing, numbering, and placement are all accurate; aiming for zero preventable errors that could delay or jeopardize production processes.
• Marketing creative output should maintain a steady flow for social media and campaigns — supporting 3–4 social media posts weekly alongside campaign and promotional efforts; assets must be provided to the Social Media Coordinator in the appropriate dimensions, formats, and timelines.
• Consistency in branding must be upheld across all creative outputs — ensuring that the output is high-quality, sport-oriented, and adheres to the company’s brand guidelines across uniforms, social media, and various marketing materials; regularly updating and maintaining the brand asset library.
• Account managers should be relieved from design responsibilities — ensuring that design capacity and reliability are sufficient so that AMs do not have to manage artwork or rework, allowing them to focus on customer-facing activities.
• 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the sportswear, apparel, or consumer-focused sectors.
• Experience in the sports industry is preferred, with a strong emphasis on sportswear/apparel industry experience being highly valued.
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite is a must.
• Exceptional attention to detail in artwork specifications — including sizing, numbering, Pantone, bleeds, and logo placement — ensuring that errors are identified before files are submitted.
• Ability to develop original concepts and suggest design directions rather than simply executing briefs; elevating the quality of work presented to customers.
• Strong understanding of sublimation, vector artwork, 3D mockups, and the artwork specifications required by offshore manufacturers.
• Consistently adheres to the company's brand guidelines while creating premium and contemporary designs for uniforms and marketing materials.
• Communicates effectively with account managers, the Social Media Coordinator, and other internal stakeholders, even across different time zones; ensures all revisions and queries are addressed.
• Takes ownership of the complete creative output — including quality, timing, file integrity, and maintenance of the asset library — without needing reminders or escalation.
• Receptive to feedback; quickly learns the company brand, customer demographic, and product offerings; continuously improves the standard of creative work over time.
• A portfolio will be requested during the application process.
• Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
• Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
• Collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Flexible working arrangements.
