Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Create and present engaging, innovative content designs for various channels, including social media, email, newsletters, print, websites, and applications.

• Work closely with the marketing team and Program Managers to conceptualize and produce creative assets.

• Enhance and/or adjust designs for high-performing content.

• Play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies through exceptional design work.

• Partner with the marketing team to create content, monitor content performance, and optimize content for SEO, specific channels, and target demographics.

• Capture and edit photos/videos in dynamic formats suitable for the youth sports sector.

• Assist in maintaining complex project timelines.

• Support, advance, and align with organizational goals, values, and mission in all assigned tasks.

• Recognize and evaluate the latest trends in marketing design.

• Utilize all equipment and software at an advanced level.

• Execute other related responsibilities as needed or assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong familiarity with both digital and print design principles and techniques.

• Advanced proficiency in using photo, graphic, and video applications within the Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Experience navigating complex scenarios, collaborating across teams, and managing tight deadlines and competing priorities.

• Outstanding communication, organizational, and self-management abilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail, including a keen editing eye and effective analytical problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is advantageous.

• Proficiency in DSLR camera operation for photography and videography is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree, plus 4 years of relevant experience, or a portfolio demonstrating at least two years of related work.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge and enthusiasm for baseball, football, or softball is preferred.
