Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Create marketing and branding materials, which include paid advertisement designs, social media graphics, email visuals, presentations, infographics, and event marketing materials.

• Develop web and landing page prototypes using Figma.

• Provide clean, developer-ready files along with detailed specifications and components.

• Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to comprehend their goals, target audiences, and campaign objectives.

• Transform intricate DeFi and financial concepts into clear, visually engaging graphics and data visualizations.

• Take ownership of and enhance brand consistency by upholding and expanding brand guidelines, templates, and the design system.

• Oversee multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

• Refine creative work based on performance metrics and feedback from the marketing team.

• Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and Web3 visual language, and introduce innovative ideas.

⛳️ Requirements

• A robust portfolio that demonstrates graphic design expertise across various styles and formats; submission of portfolio is mandatory for consideration.

• Proficient in Figma, particularly in components, auto-layout, and design systems.

• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and hierarchy.

• Experience in designing for digital marketing, including paid social media, landing pages, and email campaigns.

• Knowledge of effective creative strategies that drive conversion.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive and independent worker who takes initiative without requiring micromanagement.

• Preferred: Interest in or experience with crypto, DeFi, finance, or Web3 brands.

• Preferred: Basic skills in motion design using After Effects or short-form video editing.

• Preferred: Experience in designing for high-ticket/mastermind programs and sales funnels.
