Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Develop design deliverables for digital media, print, social platforms, and campaign materials in accordance with established brand standards.

• Implement visual concepts across various mediums including web, presentations, print, and marketing collateral.

• Produce production-ready files and collaborate with the team to guarantee high-quality print results.

• Assist in art direction by converting strategic briefs into refined, production-ready designs.

• Work in partnership with internal teams (design, brand, marketing) and external collaborators to produce on-brand materials.

• Maintain consistency and meticulous attention to detail in all design outputs.

• Oversee multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met while delivering high-quality work.

• Update and enhance brand guidelines, templates, and digital asset repositories.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong capabilities in digital, marketing, and brand design.

• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with motion graphics, AI, and 3D tools is advantageous.

• A solid grasp of design principles including layout, typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience in implementing brand guidelines and managing digital design workflows.

• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to quality.

• Capability to prioritize tasks, collaborate with others, and work independently on assigned projects.

• Understanding of web design fundamentals; basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

• Background in fintech or regulated sectors is a plus.
