This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create YouTube thumbnails and Instagram carousels that enhance the brand's visibility.

• Design and optimize landing pages, blog post layouts, and website components to convert visitors into leads and customers.

• Develop speaker slides and presentation decks for Chandler and the team.

• Utilize visual storytelling and copywriting in thumbnails, carousels, and various other assets.

• Ensure brand consistency across all graphics, pages, and materials.

• Handle multiple design requests, prioritize based on impact, and quickly produce draft versions.

• Enhance visual touchpoints to foster trust and encourage action.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of design experience, showcasing tangible examples of thumbnails, carousels, and web or landing pages that have been created and demonstrably improved.

• Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and a web design tool like Webflow or Figma.

• Strong instincts in copywriting and visual storytelling.

• Comprehension of design as a catalyst for growth and its conversion potential.

• Ability to manage numerous projects and deadlines across video, social media, and web while maintaining high quality.

• Willingness to accept feedback promptly and iterate without taking it personally.

• A portfolio link is required for application.

• Must be available to work during Central Standard Time (Austin, TX) hours.
