Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop visual concepts that encompass graphics, illustrations, layouts, and branding materials.

• Create designs for various digital platforms, including websites, marketing campaigns, and presentations.

• Transform business requirements into visually compelling and understandable solutions.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistency in visual design across all projects.

• Produce drafts, prototypes, and final designs while continuously incorporating feedback.

• Uphold brand guidelines to maintain uniformity across all deliverables.

• Optimize assets for various formats, including web, mobile, and print.

• Stay updated on trends, tools, and design best practices to foster continuous improvement.

• Engage in meetings to establish objectives, project scope, and visual direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in multimedia design, with an emphasis on branding and UX/UI for social media, web, and applications.

• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Suite, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent tools.

• Familiarity with AI tools for generating digital content (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Nano banana).

• Ability to work methodically and adhere to deadlines.

• Competence in interpreting instructions and executing tasks with precision.

• A proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.

• Excellent communication skills and capability to collaborate effectively in remote teams.

• Quick to receive and implement feedback.

• Possess a personal computer in good working condition for design tasks.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• Suitable workspace for video meetings, free from interruptions.

• Willingness to commit to full-time work (at least 45 hours per week).
