Graphic Designer / Art Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.

📋 Description

• Create visual identities for various podcast shows

• Develop and uphold branding guidelines

• Maintain consistency across all design assets

• Design engaging social media posts, stories, and thumbnails

• Produce artwork for episodes, marketing campaigns, and launches

• Adapt designs for different formats and platforms

• Create well-organized and visually appealing presentation decks

• Assist with internal and external pitch materials

• Convert ideas into structured and effective visual communication

• Collaborate with producers and marketing teams on concepts

• Aid in the creation of visuals for campaigns and their rollout assets

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong foundational design skills (layout, typography, hierarchy)

• Proficiency in standard design software

• Fluency in Arabic and English (reading and layout knowledge)

• Experience in designing social-first content

• Ability to work quickly while maintaining clarity
