Grants Payments Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assist in developing a forecasting model for needs beyond Medidata Payments

• Take ownership of the model and manage future updates and enhancements

• Participate in the creation of the forecasting process outside of Medidata Payments

• Connect forecasts from Medidata Payments with other relevant data

• Collaborate closely with the Revenue Recognition, Clinical Payments, Investigator Grants Payments, and Project Analyst teams

• Create a client-ready version of the forecast for the Project Analyst

• Conduct Plan vs Actuals analysis, ensuring compliance with audit standards

• Assist with year-end and interim audit processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to influence and challenge when necessary

• Familiarity with the process of compensating sites

• Knowledge of Accounting and Revenue Recognition principles

• Strong analytical abilities

• Proficient in Excel, databases, and accounting software

• Degree qualified with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in finance
