This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Create and implement a business strategy aimed at driving growth within the territory and achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• Broaden the scope and depth of prescriptions, optimize promotional budgets, and execute the national sales strategy in accordance with GRAIL standards.
• Identify and target primary care practices to generate interest in Galleri and onboard early adopters.
• Collaborate with a diverse and cross-functional team to boost competitiveness and innovation.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales leadership, marketing, customer service, billing, and other client-facing teams) to provide field insights that influence strategy and execution.
• Recognize market opportunities, share best practices, and communicate effective selling techniques with peers, management, and the Commercial Team.
• Execute promotional initiatives that align with sales and marketing strategies while adhering to industry standards and company policies.
• Partner with Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to educate providers about the science behind MCED technology and foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Manage intricate customer accounts by engaging healthcare providers, administrators, and clinical staff through advanced consultative selling and solution-oriented discussions.
• Lead high-level discussions about products, conduct clinical education sessions, and deliver value-based presentations tailored to specific therapeutic and operational requirements.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of diagnostic tools, laboratory processes, and clinical applications to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Examine territory performance trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to shape strategy and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Maintain precise customer documentation within the CRM system.
• Establish and maintain long-lasting customer relationships through consistent follow-up, operational support, and clinically relevant insights.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with legal mandates, company policies, and healthcare industry standards.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of successful sales experience, or 2+ years if the candidate has direct GRAIL experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed, which may include overnight stays.
• A valid driver’s license.
