Graduate Software Engineer – LATAM

📋 Description

• Engage throughout the entire software development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Design and sustain applications and services utilizing contemporary engineering practices.

• Construct and integrate REST APIs and microservices.

• Collaborate with SQL and NoSQL databases to store, query, and optimize data.

• Contribute to robust backend systems and cloud-based infrastructures.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Take part in code reviews and agile development methodologies.

• Provide support for production systems and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.

• Work together with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders across various regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expected to graduate in 2026 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficient programming skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or C#).

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies, particularly Java and enterprise systems.

• Fundamental knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.

• Familiarity with APIs, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment across Latin America.

• Effective communication skills in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese is an advantage).
