This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, which includes analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Create and sustain applications and services utilizing contemporary engineering practices.
• Construct and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
• Utilize SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage, querying, and optimization.
• Contribute to the development of scalable backend systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.
• Take part in code reviews and agile development methodologies.
• Provide support for production systems and assist in troubleshooting technical challenges.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders across various regions.
• Expected to graduate in 2026 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient programming skills in at least one language, such as Java, Python, C++, or C#.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, particularly Java and enterprise systems.
• Basic familiarity with web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is advantageous.
• Experience with APIs, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment throughout LATAM.
• Proficient communication skills in English; knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is a bonus.
