Graduate Software Engineer – LATAM

📋 Description

• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Create and sustain applications and services utilizing contemporary engineering methodologies.

• Construct and integrate REST APIs and microservices.

• Utilize SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage, querying, and optimization.

• Contribute to robust backend systems and cloud-based infrastructures.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Take part in code reviews and agile development practices.

• Provide support for production systems and assist in troubleshooting technical challenges.

• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders across various regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Anticipating graduation in 2026 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proficient programming skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or C#).

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies, particularly Java and enterprise systems.

• Basic familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.

• Experience with APIs, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work collaboratively within a team setting across LATAM.

• Proficient communication skills in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese is an added benefit).
