Graduate Software Engineer – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Create and sustain applications and services utilizing contemporary engineering methodologies.

• Design and integrate REST APIs and microservices.

• Utilize SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage, querying, and optimization.

• Contribute to robust backend systems and cloud infrastructure.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Take part in code reviews and agile development methodologies.

• Provide support for production systems and assist in resolving technical challenges.

• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders across various regions.


⛳️ Requirements

• Expected to graduate in 2026 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficient programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or C#).

• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies, particularly Java and enterprise systems.

• Fundamental knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.

• Experience with APIs, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting across LATAM.

• Proficient communication skills in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese is an added advantage).
