Graduate Software Engineer, LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Engage throughout the entire software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Create and sustain applications and services utilizing contemporary engineering practices.

• Construct and integrate REST APIs and microservices.

• Utilize SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage, querying, and optimization.

• Contribute to robust backend systems and cloud-based infrastructure.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Take part in code reviews and agile development methodologies.

• Assist in the support of production systems and troubleshoot technical challenges.

• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders across various regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expected to graduate in 2026 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proficient programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or C#).

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies, particularly Java and enterprise systems.

• Basic familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.

• Experience with APIs, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

• Capacity to work effectively in a collaborative team environment across LATAM.

• Proficient communication skills in English (knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese is a bonus).
