Graduate Software Engineer – LATAM

📋 Description

• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle: analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Create and maintain applications and services utilizing contemporary engineering practices.

• Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices.

• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage, querying, and optimization.

• Contribute to robust backend systems and cloud infrastructure.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Participate in code reviews and agile development methodologies.

• Provide support for production systems and assist in troubleshooting technical challenges.

• Collaborate effectively with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders across various regions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expected to graduate in 2026 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proficient programming skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, or C#).

• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming principles.

• Eagerness to learn new technologies, particularly Java and enterprise systems.

• Basic familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is advantageous.

• Experience with APIs, databases, or cloud platforms is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting across LATAM.

• Proficient communication skills in English (Spanish and/or Portuguese is an advantage).
