Graduate Scholarship – Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Value Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Development of statistical models and machine learning algorithms aimed at scenario forecasting and optimizing operational variables.

• Conducting technical and economic feasibility assessments for data-driven innovation projects.

• Designing analytical dashboards to aid senior management decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree required.

• Relevant fields of study include Computer Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or Information Systems.

• Proficiency in analytical programming languages, preferably Python or R.

• Strong grounding in applied statistics and machine learning models (such as Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, etc.).

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL).

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau).

• English proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced.

• Spanish proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced.

• Desirable: Knowledge of mathematical optimization techniques and operations research.

• Desirable: Experience with model deployment frameworks (MLflow, Docker).

• Desirable: Basic understanding of the mining industry or heavy industrial processes.
