• Acquire knowledge about the intricacies of global apparel and product manufacturing, including fabrics, material limitations, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and sample prototype cycles.

• Observe our top-performing Inside Sales Representatives to understand how to manage and convert a rapid influx of inbound creative leads.

• Evolve from basic customer service to a highly consultative value-positioning role: assisting US fashion founders, agency directors, and brand managers in navigating their manufacturing options.

• Learn effective pipeline management using tools such as HubSpot/Pipedrive, ensuring that every incoming design brief is qualified, monitored, and nurtured toward a successful production order.

• You possess a recent degree or relevant experience in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Apparel Manufacturing, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a closely related field.

• Your spoken and written English is impeccable, natural, and engaging.

• You are at ease with participating in high-energy video and phone calls with US-based business owners.

• You are highly driven by performance, enjoy achieving targets, and aspire to a long-term commercial career where your income is directly linked to your output.

• You have a dependable, high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, a robust computer setup, and are fully available to work consistent US business hours (EST/PST).
