This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assisting in all facets of the engagement, aiming to become a skilled and adaptable Project Manager.
• Engaging with clients throughout the process, including pre-sale, contract finalization, startup, design, implementation, commercial management, and handover.
• Ensuring clients are satisfied with our services—not just with specific enterprise solutions, but also by anticipating their future strategic needs.
• Collaborating with CPS and Microsoft to promote sustainability within the businesses we serve; thus, business change management is a crucial element of our delivery.
• Serving clients across the UK, with occasional travel required, including potential overseas assignments.
• A self-starter eager to enhance both personal and organizational knowledge and skills, possessing a proactive 'make it happen' mentality.
• Managing a variety of small projects while providing support for Project Management tasks on larger engagements as needed.
• Implementing essential Project Management controls, including:
• - Communication (Stakeholder & Team)
• - Scope & Expectation Management
• - Change Control
• - Planning & Resource Management
• - RAID (Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency) management
• - Deliverable acceptance and Financial control (Billing)
• - Internal and Client-facing performance reporting (highlight reporting, cost status reporting)
• Strong time management, expectation management, and clear communication are vital within the commercial aspects of engagements.
• Guaranteeing that all activities are completed with high quality, on schedule, and within budget, ensuring clients are pleased with their experience with CPS.
• Being calm, personable, approachable, and adept at building relationships quickly.
• Possessing strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Being patient, persistent, and trustworthy.
• Organized, motivated, and suitably persistent in achieving objectives.

• Proven track record of delivering a successful project, whether in a professional, educational, or personal context.
• Understanding of project financial management and budgeting.
• Familiarity with end-to-end project lifecycle delivery and various project execution methods (Agile/Waterfall).
• Experience in a Project Coordination role is preferred but not mandatory.
