Graduate Opportunity – German Speaking Medical Information Specialist

📋 Description

• Addressing medical and safety inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and consumers through phone, email, and online platforms.

• Utilizing approved product information, scientific research, and internal data to deliver clear and precise responses.

• Recording and reporting adverse events, product complaints, and other safety issues in accordance with regulatory requirements.

• Entering all inquiries into internal systems accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance.

• Enhancing service quality by reviewing safety reports and medical inquiries.

• Composing high-quality, customized medical responses as needed, based on client-approved materials.

• Offering informal training or mentorship to new team members as you advance in the position.

• Contributing to process enhancements and recommending updates to internal protocols.

• Occasionally participating in after-hours coverage on a rotational basis, depending on business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in life sciences or a healthcare-related discipline.

• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to precision.

• A keen interest in drug safety, medical information, or regulatory affairs.

• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Fluency (C1) in both written and spoken German and English.
