Graduate MarTech, AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Development utilizing AI with LLMs — creating prompts, integrations, RAG pipelines, and AI functionalities within both client and internal applications.

• Development of Agentic AI — constructing autonomous and semi-autonomous agents that execute real business operations.

• AI automation — linking LLMs with workflows, APIs, and martech platforms to eliminate manual tasks.

• Implementation of martech platforms across personalization tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation systems.

• Front-end and back-end development on CMS platforms, custom web applications, and API integrations.

• Support for project delivery — aiding in client implementations, internal proofs of concept, and development of new applications.

• Comprehension of API contracts, data flows, and patterns of system integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech (any discipline — CS, IT, ECE, or a related field preferred).

• Minimum of 8 CGPA (or an equivalent percentage) in Bachelor's degree.

• Consistent academic performance throughout 10th, 12th, and undergraduate studies.

• Expected graduation in 2026.

• Practical programming experience in at least one language — Java, Node.js, Python, JavaScript, or similar.

• Familiarity with AI/LLMs — you have utilized ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs to create something (a script, a small application, a chatbot, an automation — anything counts).

• Proficient understanding of SQL and relational databases.

• Comfortable with fundamental web concepts — HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST APIs.
