Government Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Lead customer demonstrations utilizing both internal environments and external tools while presenting technical materials to clients.

• Support Sales and Alliance teams during the business development process to identify opportunities and assess a customer's existing system status.

• Maintain expertise in key market segments such as Social Services (SNAP, Medicaid/CHIP, TANF), Child Support, and Unemployment Insurance.

• Keep informed about competitors' products, including their strengths, weaknesses, and promotional strategies.

• Possess a thorough understanding of product features, functionalities, inputs/outputs, and supported platforms like API, Batch, and Applicant Portals.

• Collaborate closely with customers, Sales, and Product teams to define solutions that fulfill the missions of government agencies.

• Provide assessments of technical feasibility for new products to align with customer demands and requirements.

• Act as the bridge between proposal teams, product engineering, and post-sales implementation teams.

• Foster a professional relationship with customers and ensure successful adoption of products.

• Identify gaps in offerings related to client needs and collaborate with product teams to create strategies to address those gaps.

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs, assisting in defining win themes and differentiators, and generating technical responses.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience collaborating with state and federal government agencies, particularly in relation to SNAP, Medicaid, or other means-tested social service programs.

• Additional background in solutions consulting or sales roles is preferred.

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
