This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• The program manager will serve as the main contact for government Contracting Officers (KOs) and Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), tasked with ensuring customer satisfaction and expanding the contract.
• Supervise the management and execution of significant federal projects.
• Maintain regular communication with the KO and COR.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, as evidenced by CPARS.
• Guarantee 100% adherence to contract deliverables.
• Coordinate the operational execution of contracted work.
• Oversee the implementation, customer coordination, operational execution, and deliverable submissions for smaller federal contracts or individual Task Orders (TOs) related to larger contracts.
• Make certain that project schedules and execution align with customer expectations.
• Act as the sole customer point of contact for all project-related issues.
• Ensure satisfaction of KO, COR, and TO customers.
• Collaborate with internal support teams to manage invoices, accounts receivable, and payments.
• Work with quality and compliance teams to ensure the project exceeds both customer and Agiliti standards.
• Ensure adherence to the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and conduct internal audits to validate compliance.
• Review requests for proposals and be involved in preparing compliant proposal responses.
• Facilitate, manage, and maintain documentation related to channel partners such as teaming agreements, NDAs, and addendums.
• Support responses to government requests for proposals, quotes, and solicitations.
• Assist with opportunity qualification and risk assessment.
• Participate in bid/no bid decisions and proposal review meetings.
• Carry out other duties as assigned, including mandatory training.
• High School Diploma or higher.
• Prior project management and/or program management experience with the federal government (preferably in a healthcare setting) or a Project Management Professional certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English is essential.
