This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with leadership in Federal Affairs, trade associations, and other relevant stakeholders to promote organizational objectives.
• Develop a deep understanding of emerging health policy topics by participating in health policy knowledge events pertinent to the Enterprise.
• Proactively monitor, analyze, summarize, and convey significant Federal legislation and regulations.
• Offer technical assistance to departments concerning existing, proposed, and newly established Federal guidance.
• J.D. is strongly preferred.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A degree in health care and/or public policy is strongly preferred.
• At least five years of professional experience in a role that demands independent judgment and initiative.
• Previous experience in a managed care environment and/or regulatory context is preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare and/or Medicaid is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to facilitate policy discussions with stakeholders at various levels and foster consensus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and other essential computer skills.
