This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.
• Work from any location within LATAM and the Philippines.
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, with substantial daily overlap with US business hours (ET/PT).
• Manage the complete campaign setup for assigned accounts, including targeting, geographies, budgets, bids, ad copy, and extensions.
• Implement and conduct quality assurance for conversion tracking across Google Ads and GA4.
• Monitor accounts on a daily basis, perform A/B testing, proactively identify pacing and performance issues before being prompted, and generate clear reports in Looker Studio.
• Ensure that campaigns are launched without errors and meet CPA and ROAS objectives.
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience with Google Ads, preferably in an agency setting managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficient in using the Google Ads interface and Google Ads Editor for building campaigns from start to finish (targeting, geographies, budgets, bids, ad copy, extensions).
• Experience in implementing and verifying conversion tracking and attribution across Google Ads and GA4.
• Capability to conduct quality assurance on full campaign builds prior to launch, ensuring accuracy in geo targeting, URLs, tracking, budgets, and bid settings before going live.
• Proficient in reporting using Looker Studio (or similar tools), including dashboard creation and detailed analysis of account trends and anomalies.
• Knowledge of paid media metrics—CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and Quality Score—to guide optimization choices.
• English proficiency at C1 (CEFR) level for clear written and verbal communication to a founder.
• Nice-to-Have: Experience with Google Tag Manager, advanced GA4 setup, Conversion API, or server-side tracking, familiarity with the home improvement, contractor, or local services sectors, and active Google Ads certifications.
