This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Strategic planning, management, and scalable development of Google campaigns targeting the premium D2C sector.

• Accurate targeting of affluent and discerning audiences with a strong premium positioning.

• Independent oversight of substantial advertising budgets, concentrating on profitability, new customer ROAS, and sustainable growth.

• Development and ongoing optimization of high-quality funnel structures, which include conversion-focused, mobile-optimized landing pages.

• Close collaboration with the creative team and founders to create high-performing static and video advertisements.

• KPI-driven analysis and data-informed optimization throughout the entire customer journey within the premium segment.

• Continuous testing of creatives, hooks, keywords, and audiences while maintaining brand aesthetics and positioning.


⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of robust performance marketing experience (Google) specifically for high-end D2C brands — we are particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in premium beauty, jewelry, fashion, interior design, etc.; no experience from mass-market or discount sectors will be considered.

• Proven success in scaling brands within the luxury or premium market.

• Profound understanding of the psychology of affluent consumers and their decision-making processes.

• Confident in independently managing and profitably scaling larger advertising budgets.

• Strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of KPIs, ROAS, and funnel mechanics.

• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with loyalty and a positive attitude.

• High sense of responsibility, commitment, and intrinsic motivation.
