This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Autonomous management of Google Ads and Bing Ads accounts

• Daily and weekly reporting and analysis of campaigns

• Frequent analysis and optimization of campaigns

• Perform A/B testing on ad copy, ad extensions, and landing pages

• Development and optimization of campaigns on YouTube, Meta, and TikTok

• Continuous enhancement of marketing initiatives

• Monitoring and reviewing budgets

• Strong professional background in performance marketing (focus: SEA)

• Proficient Excel skills

• Degree in business administration or a related field

• Willingness to participate in occasional on-site days at our headquarters in Gelsenkirchen

• High level of quality awareness and dependability

• Excellent verbal and written German skills (C2)
