This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and sustain tools and processes that enhance our Go-To-Market (GTM) engine.
• Integrate and develop the GTM technology stack into a unified, scalable system.
• Recognize and implement automation opportunities throughout the entire funnel.
• Develop tools to identify and highlight opportunities for revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with our revenue team to transform business requirements and challenges into effective, scalable solutions.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of our GTM strategy to proactively pinpoint areas for process and analytics enhancements.
• Over 4 years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, and/or software/product engineering.
• Practical experience with CRMs, revenue forecasting, and internal tools for non-technical teams.
• Preferred background in fintech, fraud, identity, or regulated B2B sectors.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
• Preferred fluency in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Clay Sales Intelligence is preferred.
• Experience as a power user of LLM.
• Proven experience in building agents.
• An experimental mindset: ability to rapidly transition from idea to prototype to production.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Partner Success, and Marketing teams.
• You excel in 0→1 environments, take initiative, and adapt quickly based on real-world feedback.
