Go-To-Market Program Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership of comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) programs, converting strategy into coordinated execution plans that span Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement, RevOps, and Customer teams.

• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and accountability, acting as the primary owner for GTM planning, priorities, timelines, and launch preparedness.

• Coordinate intricate, multi-faceted initiatives, including product launches, enablement rollouts, pricing/packaging adjustments, and campaigns.

• Establish and govern GTM operational rhythms, encompassing weekly execution monitoring, monthly business assessments, and quarterly/annual planning cycles.

• Collaborate with functional leaders to oversee resource management and capacity planning.

• Create scalable GTM processes, templates, playbooks, and documentation aimed at enhancing speed, consistency, and repeatability.

• Define, monitor, and communicate GTM success metrics in conjunction with RevOps.

• Proactively identify risks and lead post-program evaluations to foster continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience overseeing complex, cross-functional programs, ideally within a SaaS, technology, or fast-paced GTM setting.

• Strong proficiency in program and project management tools (e.g., Asana).

• Practical experience collaborating with revenue systems and data (e.g., Salesforce).

• A proven history of managing senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Enablement, and RevOps.
