
Go-to-Market Lead – Accounting AI, Process Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Developing and implementing the go-to-market strategy for the AI accounting automation platform
• Identifying and segmenting target audiences including accounting firms, finance departments, and SME owners
• Designing and executing lead generation campaigns encompassing outbound, content, paid, and partnership strategies
• Creating various sales and marketing collateral such as presentations, one-pagers, and case studies
• Collaborating with the founder and product team to refine positioning and value communication
• Establishing brand visibility within the accounting and fintech sectors
• Tracking go-to-market metrics and making rapid adjustments based on performance data
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B marketing or a go-to-market role within a startup or scaleup
• Demonstrated success in developing customer acquisition strategies, not merely executing them
• Capability to independently produce content and marketing materials
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data analysis, hypothesis testing, and drawing insights
• High level of autonomy and ability to navigate significant uncertainty
• Proficiency in Polish and English at a C1+ level
• A vital role in defining the product's market presence from the outset
• Close collaboration with seasoned founders and investors
• Significant autonomy and opportunities for experimentation
