This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of customer results following the sale: GRR (>95%), NRR, product utilization, and credit usage growth across a portfolio of Apollo's most valuable accounts.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders across intricate organizations: Establish and sustain active connections with over 3 stakeholders per account.
• Configure Apollo to enable AI-driven workflows.
• Transform usage data into opportunities for expansion.
• Provide strategic advice to executives on go-to-market strategies.
• Safeguard and enhance your portfolio.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Solution Engineering, GTM consulting, Customer Success, RevOps, Growth, or Sales Development.
• A natural ability to multi-thread: successfully expanded relationships beyond a single champion within enterprise accounts.
• Proficient in AI: capable of designing GTM campaigns, workflows, and systems with a strategic approach.
• Strong analytical skills: communicates using signals, segments, and pipeline impact.
• Prepared for executive interactions: confidently presents to C-suite stakeholders.
• Customer-focused: dedicated to building enduring relationships and creating enthusiastic advocates.
