This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the technical lead for our Salesforce ecosystem.
• Design and uphold scoring models for leads and accounts.
• Strive for ongoing enhancements to the GTM technology stack.
• Manage the workflow for post-event lead capture and follow-up within Salesforce.
• Ensure the cleanliness of CRM data and the status of campaign members.
• Enhance the integration with UserGems.
• Create automated workflows that convert intent signals into lead queues.
• Take responsibility for reporting and analysis that assesses the effectiveness of our tools and processes.
• Conceptualize and maintain attribution models.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Operations position within a B2B SaaS organization.
• Practical experience with intent and contact intelligence platforms.
• Direct experience with UserGems is highly beneficial.
• Proven utilization of AI tools as an integral part of your daily operations.
• Experience in developing and managing marketing attribution models.
• Proficiency in Salesforce with the capability to create reports and dashboards.
• Familiarity with a BI tool (such as Metabase, Looker, Tableau, etc.) is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical insights into straightforward business recommendations.
