This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process from prospecting to closing for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
• Conduct in-depth technical discovery calls to gain insights into customer use cases, technology stack, and integration needs.
• Create and showcase custom voice agent prototypes during the sales process to expedite customer buy-in.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
• Develop go-to-market playbooks, messaging, and outbound strategies to assist SIMBA in entering new verticals.
• Advocate for customer needs internally, influencing the product roadmap and packaging decisions.
• Keep a well-organized pipeline in the CRM and accurately project revenue.
• 3–6 years of experience in a sales, account executive, or go-to-market role within a technical B2B company.
• Proven history of closing deals with both technical buyers (CTOs, engineers) and business stakeholders.
• Proficient in utilizing APIs and no-code/low-code tools to create engaging demos.
• Strong grasp of the AI/ML or voice technology landscape — you actively follow developments in this area.
• Excellent communicator capable of simplifying complex technical concepts without losing their essence.
• Highly self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills and a proactive approach.
• Nice to Have:
• Experience in selling AI, voice, or conversational technologies.
• Knowledge of telephony infrastructure, contact centers, or customer experience platforms.
• Previous experience in a forward deployment or solutions engineering role.
• Multilingual skills or experience selling in international markets.
