This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and sustain backend services utilizing Go (Golang).

• Develop effective, dependable, and high-performance solutions that align with product and business objectives.

• Work with relational database architectures and enhance queries using PostgreSQL.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable and maintainable systems.

• Write clean, maintainable code that is well-documented.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and enhance application performance.

• Offer innovative ideas, enhancements, and best-practice solutions to the team.

• Engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in backend or systems development.

• Strong command of Go (Golang).

• Extensive experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, performance tuning, and advanced queries.

• Thorough understanding of system-level programming in C or C++.

• Experience in building scalable, distributed systems or microservices.

• Familiarity with concurrency models, memory management, and networking concepts.

• Enthusiastic about technology, self-motivated, and proactive with a "builder" mentality.
