This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

• A Linux system agent developed in Go that operates as a systemd service on each server.

• Initial registration upon first boot with the cluster management platform.

• Ongoing health heartbeats sent every few seconds.

• Secure machine identity established using mTLS certificates.

• Reporting on hardware and OS health, including CPU, memory, disk, GPU temperature, driver visibility, FIPS mode, and security status.

• Robust retry mechanism in case the network or management platform is temporarily out of service.

• Test harnesses and mock services to validate the agent prior to the availability of real hardware.

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience with Go programming language.

• Experience with Linux systems, including systemd, networking, boot-time debugging, certificates, logs, and process supervision.

• Proven track record in creating agents, daemons, node-level services, infrastructure clients, or software for edge devices.

• Familiarity with REST or gRPC APIs, including concepts like retries, idempotency, and failure handling.

• A security-conscious engineering approach concerning certificates, machine identity, and trusted provisioning.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
