📋 Description

• You will assist in defining and enhancing the strategy for Color’s oncology care programs, focusing on the evolution of the offering, target areas, and success measurement.

• You will convert patient requirements, customer priorities, clinical insights, and market trends into well-defined product, service, and business priorities.

• You will create business cases for new capabilities, program enhancements, and expansion opportunities, weighing patient impact, customer value, operational feasibility, and business results.

• You will collaborate with go-to-market, clinical, product, engineering, and operations teams to transition new capabilities from concept to launch and continuous improvement.

• You will ensure the program functions effectively throughout, covering the patient and clinician experience, customer experience, clinical workflows, operating models, and supporting technology.

• You will provide structure to ambiguous challenges, assist teams in making informed trade-offs, and maintain focused and disciplined execution.

• You will take ownership of Color’s oncology care programs go-to-market strategy and influence how they are presented to the market, including the customer value proposition, core narrative, positioning, packaging, launch strategy, pricing of new products, and materials that facilitate commercial discussions.

• You will collaborate with sales and account teams on strategic customer interactions, renewals, and market feedback.

• You will develop and sustain sales playbooks, pitch messaging, objection handling, and competitive intelligence.

• You will represent the Oncology Care Programs as a credible external voice to healthcare buyers, partners, and industry audiences.

• You will cultivate deep buyer fluency across payers, employers, and cancer centers that accelerates deals and fosters trust.

• You will be the primary resource at Color regarding the market, including its evolution, strategies to stay ahead of competitors, and early indicators of market interest.

• You will serve as a connective leader across clinical, product, operations, commercial, marketing, and customer teams.

• You will facilitate alignment on priorities, clarify decisions, and ensure teams share a common understanding of what is most important.

• You will be responsible for advancing the program in alignment with Color’s standards for clinical quality, customer trust, operational excellence, and patient impact.


⛳️ Requirements

• 15+ years of professional experience, with substantial tenure in health technology, healthcare delivery, oncology, specialty care, payer, employer benefits, or related fields within high-growth environments.

• A background that encompasses both product or program strategy and commercial execution.

• Proficiency with healthcare buyers, payer, employer, and/or cancer center economics and incentives.

• Practical experience with go-to-market activities including positioning, launch planning, sales enablement, customer discovery, strategic sales support, pricing, packaging, and/or direct selling.

• Established external credibility with customers, partners, industry audiences, or senior healthcare stakeholders. You have been the public face of a business or program and have presented at panels, keynotes, and sales meetings.

• Proven, reliable judgment in complex, ambiguous, or high-stakes environments. Colleagues will attest that you delve into the details of challenges to make informed decisions and ensure accuracy.

• Comfort operating in a high-growth setting where priorities shift, ownership is broad, and strong accountability and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

• An empathetic leader and communicator capable of uniting an organization and external stakeholders around critical priorities and leading effective execution.
