This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Create strategic recommendations for patient recruitment and retention tailored for clinical trial teams.

• Act as a knowledgeable consultant for project teams requiring assistance in recruitment and retention.

• Oversee project scope, objectives, quality of deliverables, and assigned project tasks.

• Function as the main point of contact for Patient Recruitment and Retention initiatives with sponsors.

• Choose and oversee recruitment and retention vendors.

• Align strategy-related activities with study teams and sponsors to achieve project milestones.

• Keep abreast of current and innovative trends in recruitment, vendors, and technologies.

• Leverage internal and external insights to enhance and refine project strategies.

• Facilitate process improvements to uphold organizational quality standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, or biological sciences.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, including 2 years in clinical trial execution.

• Strong preference for knowledge in business process analytics and continuous improvement.

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or clinical research organizations is highly preferred.

• Experience in feasibility assessments is essential.

• Background in patient recruitment strategy planning at both site and country levels.

• Relevant experience in infectious disease clinical research is required.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and diverse perspectives.

• Exceptional presentation skills.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.

• Proficient in negotiation and stakeholder influence.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with GCP/ICH guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Proficient in data analysis and presentation software, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands.

• Ability to build and maintain productive working relationships within a matrix environment.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must not require current or future sponsorship for employment visa status.
