This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Provide assistance for daily trade compliance inquiries from warehouse teams, brokers, and freight forwarders.
• Ensure that import and export activities adhere to relevant domestic and international regulations across Radiometer operating companies.
• Oversee government-related requirements, including license applications and communication with authorities (e.g., CITES, USDA where applicable).
• Implement key components of the trade compliance program, which include classification, valuation, broker coordination, and country of origin issues.
• Assist with audits, self-testing activities, and the execution of process improvements and corrective actions.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in Trade Compliance, Import/Export, or Logistics, encompassing customs processes, HS/HTS classification, valuation, and origin determination (COO).
• Hands-on experience with import/export documentation and customs declarations in collaboration with brokers and freight forwarders.
• Experience interacting with custom authorities and resolving custom-related inquiries.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Transport, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and familiarity with ERP customs-related software tools.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes up to 10%.
