
Global Talent Strategy Enablement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and standardize global operations in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Global Mobility.
• Take ownership of the global Talent Strategy team budget, which includes forecasting, tracking, cost management, and investment planning.
• Lead data analytics and reporting initiatives; establish KPIs, collaborate on dashboard creation, and provide strategic insights.
• Manage relationships with talent vendors and partners effectively.
• Collaborate with HR technology business analysts on system integrations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Act as the operational decision-maker for process design and optimization efforts.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI enhancements and automation within talent processes and technology.
• Assist with change management for new processes and technology implementations, including communications, training enablement, adoption measurement, and ongoing improvement.
• Develop team operating rhythms, leadership updates, team forums, and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
• Work closely with HR tech, IT, data/analytics teams, and regional Talent Management and Talent Acquisition leaders.
• Recognize operational risks, dependencies, and constraints; implement mitigation plans and ensure continuity of essential talent operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.
• At least 4 years in leadership positions.
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition Operations.
• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition strategies, tools, systems, and operating models.
• Capability to translate strategy into scalable processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks across talent functions.
• Experience managing HR/talent technology partners, including roadmap alignment, renewals, and performance governance.
• Background in planning and executing change management for process and technology initiatives, including communications and adoption strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Competence in managing multiple priorities, changing timelines, and competing demands.
• Experience working effectively with diverse, cross-cultural, and geographically dispersed teams.
• Sponsorship for US work authorization is not available now or in the future.
• Preferred: advanced certifications in HR, talent, change management, analytics, or related fields.
• Preferred: experience in Talent Management and Global Mobility.
