This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of the operational foundation of AECOM’s global Talent Strategy division, encompassing Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Global Mobility.
• Direct and standardize global talent operations to ensure scalable and uniform execution.
• Oversee the budget for the global Talent Strategy team, including tasks such as forecasting, tracking, cost management, and investment planning.
• Lead analytics and reporting initiatives, establish KPIs, assist in dashboard development, and provide strategic insights.
• Manage relationships with talent vendors and technology partners, focusing on integrations, upgrades, renewals, and system enhancements.
• Govern the design and optimization of processes to ensure compliance, consistency, alignment, and efficiency.
• Discover and implement AI enhancements and automation opportunities throughout talent processes and technologies.
• Collaborate on change management for new processes and technology implementations, overseeing communications, training, adoption measurement, and ongoing improvements.
• Establish a team operating rhythm, including leadership updates, team forums, and business reviews.
• Work in partnership with HR technology, IT, data/analytics teams, and regional talent leaders.
• Identify operational risks and dependencies, drive mitigation strategies, and ensure the continuity of critical talent operations.
• BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 12 years of pertinent experience.
• At least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition Operations.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, tools, systems, and operating models.
• Capability to translate strategy into scalable processes.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leading reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks across talent functions.
• Experience in managing HR/talent technology partnerships, including roadmap alignment, renewals, and performance governance.
• Proven experience in planning and executing change management for process and technology rollouts.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, adapting to shifting timelines and competing demands.
• Experience collaborating with diverse, cross-cultural, and geographically dispersed teams.
• Advanced certifications in HR, talent, change management, analytics, or related areas are preferred.
• Familiarity with Talent Management and Global Mobility is preferred.
• Experience in a similarly large, intricate, global, matrixed organization is preferred.
