This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee and standardize operations within Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Global Mobility.

• Take ownership of the global Talent Strategy team budget, including forecasting, tracking, cost management, and investment planning.

• Lead data analytics and reporting efforts; establish KPIs, assist in dashboard development, and provide strategic insights.

• Manage relationships with talent vendors and partners effectively.

• Collaborate with HR technology business analysts to facilitate integrations, upgrades, and system enhancements.

• Act as the operational decision-maker for process design and optimization initiatives.

• Identify and prioritize AI advancements and automation opportunities within talent processes and technology.

• Partner in change management for process and technology releases, which includes stakeholder engagement, communication, training enablement, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement.

• Establish team operating rhythms, leadership updates, team forums, and business reviews.

• Collaborate with HR technology, IT, data/analytics teams, and regional leaders in Talent Management and Talent Acquisition.

• Recognize operational risks, dependencies, and constraints; drive mitigation strategies and ensure continuity of critical talent operations.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience.

• At least 4 years in a leadership role.

• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition Operations.

• Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition strategies, tools, systems, and operating models.

• Ability to convert strategy into scalable processes.

• Demonstrated capability to lead reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks across talent functions.

• Experience managing HR/talent technology partners, including roadmap alignment, renewals, and performance governance.

• Proven experience in planning and executing change management for process and technology implementations.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple priorities, shifting timelines, and competing demands effectively.

• Experience working successfully with diverse, cross-cultural, and geographically dispersed teams.

• Sponsorship for US work authorization is not available; candidates must possess existing US work authorization.
