Global Strategic Account Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee strategies, partnerships, and teams that support Cytiva's most significant global accounts.

• Initiate and manage executive-level interactions, collaborations, and negotiations.

• Build enduring and impactful connections with C-suite executives.

• Tackle complex or unique business challenges by utilizing advanced critical thinking skills.

• Negotiate effectively, demonstrating knowledge and capability when managing highly intricate relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in the life sciences, biotechnology, and biopharmaceutical sectors.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• An advanced scientific degree along with an MBA is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight, international, and air travel.

• A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
