This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Oversees all stages of client programs, from initiation to completion.
• Accountable for the budgeting, execution, and performance of company programs or major program subsystems.
• Coordinates the creation of business plans, work statements, specifications, operational budgets, and contract financial terms/conditions.
• Ensures the development process aligns with current market trends, program objectives, and client requirements.
• Serves as the main point of contact for clients regarding program activities, leading review sessions to discuss costs, timelines, and performance metrics.
• Assesses problem areas and opportunities within assigned programs and evaluates potential solutions.
• Reviews performance and provides recommendations for improvement.
• Sets milestones and tracks adherence to program timelines and plans, identifying issues and securing solutions such as resource allocation or contract adjustments.
• Analyzes the profitability and feasibility of new products or program improvements.
• Formulates strategies and tactics to ensure effective program execution in relation to market opportunities, collaborating closely with company functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Directs and supervises team responsibilities to ensure that priorities and deliverables are accomplished.
• A university degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree) or equivalent relevant work experience is required.
• Capable of leading, coaching, and developing team members.
• Holds oneself and others accountable for achieving objectives and standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including presentation abilities.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to achieve desired outcomes.
• High personal and professional ethical standards and integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all organizational levels, including suppliers and external customers.
