Global Product Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop clear and persuasive product positioning and messaging tailored for the Cloudhealth partner community and end-users, as well as for internal sales team enablement.

• Perform market research, conduct competitive analysis, and carry out customer interviews to guide strategy, uncover opportunities, and generate the Cloudhealth business intelligence necessary for successful competition.

• Collaborate with product management to shape roadmaps and ensure alignment with market needs.

• Create and oversee sales enablement materials, including sales/pitch decks, product demonstrations, battlecards, case studies, and any additional resources required for a successful market launch.

• Work alongside sales strategists and the marketing team to develop campaigns that enhance awareness, drive adoption, and promote customer retention.

• Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives against established KPIs.

• Serve as a product advocate at events, webinars, customer meetings, and with partners worldwide.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• At least 5 years of experience in product marketing within the technology or software sector, particularly in the SaaS and/or Cloud solutions market.

• Strong knowledge of go-to-market strategies, customer segmentation, and buyer personas.

• Proven history of crafting messaging frameworks and product positioning throughout the complete product lifecycle.

• Outstanding analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong customer focus and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Capability to operate effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
