Global Procurement Specialist – Capital Equipment and Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and execute global procurement strategies for Capital Equipment and Construction categories.

• Build and maintain supplier relationships to achieve cost and service advantages.

• Negotiate and formalize supplier contract agreements.

• Ensure suppliers deliver competitive pricing, top quality, and exceptional service.

• Partner with internal stakeholders to prioritize efforts and align procurement strategies, guidelines, and processes.

• Lead complex, high-value projects and initiatives that have significant corporate implications.

• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with six (6) years of experience in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement, Engineering, or Legal; OR a High School Diploma/GED with ten (10) years of experience in these areas.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics and Supply Chain from an accredited institution.

• Strong negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in written and verbal communication.

• Familiarity with Capital Equipment and Construction supplier markets.

• Capability to manage and influence stakeholders at a senior level.

• Understanding of business, contract language, and financial principles.

• Additional language proficiency in German, Polish, and/or French is preferred.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.

• May require up to 10% domestic travel.
