Global Procurement Manager – Indirect Factory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a global team of personnel in Strategic Procurement across various levels, from Analysts to Managers.

• Analyze global industry trends, customer needs, and business goals to set objectives and achieve results for Indirect Factory Goods & Services.

• Create and execute global sourcing strategies for designated Indirect Factory Goods and Services categories.

• Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure cost-effectiveness and service advantages.

• Negotiate and finalize supplier contract agreements.

• Hold suppliers accountable for competitive pricing, superior quality, and exceptional service.

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with procurement guidelines and processes.

• Lead complex, high-value projects and initiatives that have significant implications for the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and nine (9) years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, or Legal in a private, public, government, or military environment; OR a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and at least 17 years of experience in Strategic Procurement.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics and Supply Chain from an accredited institution.

• Excellent negotiation skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in both written and verbal communication.

• Familiarity with Indirect Factory supplier markets.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and influencing at a senior level.

• Solid business acumen, understanding of contract language, and financial knowledge.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without the need for sponsorship for employment visa status.

• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
