Global Procurement Manager, Corporate Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a global team of Strategic Procurement category professionals, including Analysts and Managers.

• Analyze global industry trends, client needs, and business goals to set objectives and achieve results for Corporate Services.

• Create and execute global sourcing strategies for designated Corporate Services categories.

• Build and maintain supplier relationships to secure cost and service advantages.

• Negotiate and finalize supplier contract agreements.

• Ensure suppliers meet expectations for competitive pricing, high quality, and exceptional service.

• Work with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with procurement standards and processes.

• Manage complex, high-stakes projects and initiatives that have significant corporate impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of nine (9) years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, or Legal within a private, public, government, or military setting, OR a High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution with at least 17 years of Strategic Procurement experience.

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics and Supply Chain from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Proficient in both written and verbal communication.

• Familiarity with Corporate Services supplier markets.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities at a senior level.

• Solid understanding of business, contractual language, and financial principles.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.

• May involve up to 15% domestic and international travel.
