This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and direct comprehensive procurement initiatives from initial concept to final execution, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
• Convert business objectives into procurement strategies and project plans that align with the company's priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Finance, and IT.
• Create and implement the procurement technology roadmap.
• Establish and document requirements for systems, tools, and digital workflows.
• Act as a communication conduit across departments and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Collect and consolidate business requirements for selecting tools, redesigning processes, and enhancing capabilities.
• Illustrate current and future-state procurement workflows.
• Ensure all initiatives adhere to medical device regulatory standards and company policies.
• Set KPIs and success metrics, monitor progress, and report results to executive leadership.
• Map value streams involving people, processes, and tools to address business user stories.
• Support the development of procedures, training, and the implementation of IT and analytics tools.
• Convert complex data into insights and strategies for improving business performance, supplier collaboration, and procurement excellence.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, operational efficiencies, and strategic sourcing enhancements through data analysis.
• Define master data components, governance structures, and measurable performance indicators.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project management roles.
• Ideally, experience within the medical device, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing sectors.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional, high-visibility initiatives.
• In-depth understanding of sourcing systems, digital procurement platforms, and technology enablement.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Smartsheet, and MS Project.
• Proficiency in synthesizing complex data into actionable strategies and decisions using ERP, SAP, Ariba, and Excel.
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a data-related role, preferably within procurement or supply chain.
• Knowledge of FDA/GxP compliance and ISO standards pertinent to medical device manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP and procurement systems like SAP, Coupa, and Ariba.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven expertise in Power BI, including Power Query and data modeling.
• Proficient in master data management and governance within the supply chain.
• Training in Lean manufacturing/Six Sigma.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country of employment without requiring employment visa sponsorship.
• An MBA or PMP certification is preferred.
