
Global Process Engineer – Engine Testing and Balancing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop, assess, and enhance manufacturing processes.
• Establish global process and equipment standards, deploying them across Aero Alliance factories while collaborating with local factory technical leaders.
• Define, manage, and communicate global processes for manufacturing assets, including facility integration, acceptance testing, machine health checks and calibrations, preventative maintenance plans, spare parts strategy, and technical & technology training.
• Validate engineering specifications and the application of new processes on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with channels to develop new repair processes and their qualifications.
• Create and implement strategies for reliability improvement utilizing industry best practices such as FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Work alongside maintenance, operations, engineering, and safety teams to design and execute preventive and predictive programs.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on minimizing equipment downtime and enhancing quality processes.
• Conduct investigations into failures and chronic issues, identifying root causes and executing effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Provide technical support for asset management, including equipment life cycle analysis and spare parts optimization.
• Train local factory manufacturing engineers to enhance their knowledge and skills in process and equipment.
• Participate in the design and installation of new equipment and the implementation of processes, ensuring that reliability considerations are integrated from the beginning (Design for Reliability).
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college.
• Over 7 years of industrial experience in manufacturing or quality.
• More than 5 years of experience in a technical role (manufacturing engineer or similar) with expertise in Aeroderivative, Aircraft Engine, or Gas Turbine Testing and Balancing.
• Strong understanding of engineering concepts and quality processes.
• Proficient in interpreting blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics.
• Experience and skills in Project Management.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
